The first step is to take photos of all the stationary things. Then take photos of the moving things. Making sure that all of the photos are different then put them together in photoshop.
I think there are around 40 photos used in this composition.
These photos were not all taken at the same time of day.
I think the only obvious use of photoshop in this composition is the pasting together of the photos.
